Our Small Business Support package offers support tailored to the smaller environment or organisation. The Small Business service is aimed at offices with up to 10 PCs and one server. We have found many small businesses need the piece of mind that remote support is available when they need it.
Small Business Support enables the smaller business to get enterprise class support at small business prices. All of our engineers are Microsoft Certified and highly experienced, and the Small Business service allows your business to benefit from our expertise.

An annual fee provides your business with a guaranteed service level agreement. Customers on maintenance agreements do not pay callout fees and enjoy a lower hourly rate for our services. Hours are purchased in blocks of 5 can be used whenever you want and for any IT related purpose. Some of our small business customers have used the hours to help with office moves so we are on site to ensure everything is working correctly at the new location.
