Premier Support is our flagship support service. It offers scalable support for the business with service level agreements, total availability and complete management of your information technology infrastructure.

Premier Support ensures the availability and reliability of your IT systems. You can concentrate on running your own business without the worries of managing and supporting your own IT infrastructure.

The Premier Support service is designed for customers requiring immediate response to IT problems. Our engineers will respond immediately and will stay onsite until the situation is under control even if this is out of business hours. Replacement hardware is available for use during this period at no charge.

You have all the benefits of an in-house IT Support person at a fraction of the cost.
