What is an emergency?
In our opinion it is the failure of any system that stops normal business

support team and can be on site within two hours. We will stay with you
until the fault has been rectified and normal business operations can
resume.
Emergency Response is similar to Ad-Hoc support in the way the service
is charged. If you have an emergency situation, you can engage our services
to suit you just call us and we will respond immediately. We will understand
the nature of your issue to determine whether you can be helped remotely
or if an on site presence is required. If remote connectivity cannot be
established then we will assemble a team of qualified engineers to be
on site within two hours.Navigate IT offer immediate response through
