Ad-Hoc Support

Our Ad-Hoc package offers your business enterprise grade IT support as and when you need it. With no contract and no catches, we simply offer support when you need it. The Ad-Hoc service works on a fixed call out basis and our services are charged by the hour.
The Ad-Hoc service is designed to fit the requirements of customers who may not need service contracts or constant cover. The work undertaken can be anything from simply installing a new personal computer or printer to configuring a mail server or VPN link - we take calls for every conceivable IT problem on an Ad-Hoc basis.

You can even engage our Ad-Hoc service to provide cover if your internal IT support staff are absent or on annual leave for that added piece of mind.

Some of our customers are simply on Ad-Hoc support and that's it - they have no need for service level agreements or proactive monitoring because they don't have enough infrastructure to warrant it.
